Nicole currently lives in the Conception Bay North area of Newfoundland in the beautiful Town of Bay
Roberts and has worked in the Town’s municipal office for the last 12 years. Her municipal sector
experience gives her a unique insight into municipal permitting processes, municipal assessments,
municipal zoning regulations and taxation. Nicole has a great eye for spotting the potential of properties
